I felt OK after the birth, I didn't feel too shattered. Also I didn't tear too much, so I only had one stitch. I did get really bad haemorrhoids and I've never had them before, I didn't even get them during pregnancy. All the pushing just popped them out so for about two weeks I've been suffering with piles. That's the only thing that's been getting me down to be honest, otherwise I felt fine.
