French actress, songstress and Balenciaga muse Charlotte Gainsbourg took to the Cannes red carpet this week in a wrapped, see-through black dress draped over a lacy bra. Her look was finished with sky high green and black heels.
Promoting her film Melancholia, Gainsbourg was accompanied by her co-star Kirsten Dunst as well as controversial director Lars Von Trier who was later thrown out of the Cannes Festival for calling himself a 'nazi.'
Gainsbourg is expecting her third child with husband Yvan Attal. Style commentators were divided over her look with some saying it was 'inappropriate' for a pregnant woman to be dressed in such a revealing manner.
