In a statement released late today, Kerry Katona revealed she had finally settled her battle for custody with ex-husband Mark Croft. Katona has two kids with Croft - Heidi, 4 and Max, 2 - and two older children with first husband, Brian McFadden of boyband Westlife.
The statement reads, 'Kerry Katona and Mark Croft are delighted to announce that they have reached a comprehensive agreement in relation to the arrangements for their children,' reads a statement.
'The children will continue to make their main home with their mother and the parents have agreed arrangements for the children to spend regular time with their father.
'They will both continue to be involved in making major decisions for the children.'
The announcement comes as Katona continues in her bid to win back the hearts and minds of the nation following her crushing fall from favour last year. What with first hubbie Brian's recent split from fiance Delta Goodrem, it seems things are on the up for Kerry.
