Sometimes it's not the big moments in life that bring you the most happiness, it's the teeny weeny things. Here are some of the small moments that brought me big smiles this week:
• Starting the day with a huge gummy grin from Lil Sis.
• Reconnecting with an old High School friend via Facebook (Hi Shelley!)
• Big Sis giving me a kiss, without me even having to ask.
• Watching a movie from start to finish, without interruption.
• Catching Lil Sis staring at me, like I was the most amazing person in the world.
• Seeing the dishwasher emptied, and the kitchen tops all cleared and clean.
• Getting one of those fish pedicures. Tickly!
• When Big Sis had a bad dream and cuddled into me, like a baby koala.
• Finding the perfect wall stickers to decorate the girls' room.
• Cuddling the kids straight from the bath, with their hair all soft and fluffy.
• Getting to the bottom of the laundry basket.
• Big Sis using the potty for the first time.
• Sunshine.
• Finding tadpoles in the pond in the backyard.
• Big Sis crawling around the house, pretending to be a dog.
• Finally getting back to the gym.
• Having my first bottle of beer since Lil Sis was born.
• Getting a solid 7 hours sleep on Saturday night!
• Lil Sis falling asleep sitting upright in her Jumperoo.
• Baking chocolate chip biccies with Big Sis.
