SIMON Cowell might be a miser when it comes to praising X Factor hopefuls but he’s generous with his money.
The star has splashed out £3million on a dream home for fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy – and £4million on one for her parents.
X Factor creator Simon stunned Sayed and Mary Hussainy by giving them a four-bedroom house in Los Angeles, two miles from his £13million Beverly Hills mansion.
A source said: “Mish’s parents aren’t particularly wealthy and have worked hard all their lives to provide for their kids, so Simon wanted to give them something back.
“Simon is an extremely thoughtful and generous guy.”
