The 44 year-old King's Speech star said her life has transformed after her husband, 52, “changed” following his attendance at the child relationship lessons.
The couple, who have a seven-year-old son Billy Ray and three-year-old daughter Nell, had employed “childcare guru” Noel Janis-Norton, 66, to help them overcome parenthood difficulties.
Bonham Carter, who has been nominated for best supporting actress Academy Award for her role as the late Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother in the King’s Speech, admitted that parenthood was “much harder than acting”.
But the seven-week course and private lessons from the child behaviour specialist had not only helped improve her relationship with her children but also forced her husband to become a “changed man”.
