A baby boy died while sharing a bath with his brother when their mother left them unattended for just a few moments.
Amy Denning returned from cleaning a changing mat to discover 11-month-old Oliver Denning submerged in eight inches of water, an inquest was told.
The horrified mother picked the baby up and ran from the house with the unconscious baby in her arms, screaming: 'He's dead, I've killed him.'
She told police she left Oliver in the bath with older brother Jacob for only two minutes while she cleaned the mat that had been soiled during a nappy change.
When she returned the baby was under the water and was 'grey coloured' with blue lips.
After the inquest in Sheffield Mrs Denning was comforted by husband Richard as she spoke out to warn other parents not to risk making the same mistake.
