The mum of three was famed for her cosmetic enhancements during her twenties, but is planning to age more naturally as her kids get older.
She is not quite ready to give up surgery for good, as there is one area of her body the reality TV star still wants to get right.
The 33-year-old described her breasts as 'saggy' and revealed she eventually wants another boob job, even though she no longer does topless photoshoots.
'I'll have another kid before I have another boob job to tighten them up,' Katie told the Sunday Mirror.
