Go organic with Asda Kate Smallwood

While it’s always great to cook for your children, there are occasions when handy ready-made pouches and snacks are invaluable. This week, for example, we were out and about with nowhere to warm up my frozen home made offering. Out came the pouch along with a big smile on William’s face - I’m sure he doesn’t like my cooking.

William (8 months) recently tried out Asda’s range of organic food. He’s rather partial to the fruity purees for pudding or breakfast. So, it’s great to see they’ve expanded the range. New flavours include potato, broccoli and salmon bake (stage 2) and carrot and beef casserole (stage 3). They’ve also introduced hand-sized rice cakes in apple or original, one of our favourite snacks, often munched by the husband.

Prices start at a very reasonable 71p for the Stage 1 pouches. One to pop in the supermarket trolley, or you can shop online at www.asda.com.
