Libby is married to Iain and together they have Maddie, a rather fantastic three year old. Libby spent her twenties eating drinking and partying on an expense account (those were the days) and now tries to cram in a couple of part time jobs around being a mum which almost always means a laptop on the knee in the evening.

Repeating yourself time and time again .

Ambrosia rice pudding straight out of the tin and Come Dine with Me.

Ice creams by the seaside on a sunny day.

5. What annoying habit drives you mad?
Toast crumbs on clean kitchen tops.

6. Who’s your secret celebrity crush?
Bryan Ferry even though he's so old now.

7. If money were no object what would be your daily extravagance?
Blow dry and clean sheets.

8. If you could change one thing about the world what would it be?
That every child has the opportunities our children have.
