DD's Diary
www.dulwichdivorcee.comA forty-something mother of two meandering through life, love and Dulwich Park.
1.What’s your blog about?
Life, love, children and chocolate – the important things.
2. When and why did you start writing your blog?
My older brother set it up for me in 2006.
3. How long do you spend blogging and what do you enjoy?
I blog a little bit every day, and love reading other people’s blogs too.
4. What have been your blogging highs and low, triumphs or disasters?
I was shortlisted for the MADS awards, I am in the Tots 100 and the Wikio parent blogs list, I’ve been featured in Red Magazine, the Times and the Telegraph. My greatest disaster was discovering that my mother was reading my blog – eeeeek!
5. Is blogging a job or a hobby? What would be the ideal outcome?
Blogging is a hobby but I’d like to make it a paying job.
6. How easy is it to set up a blog – and have you any tips for newbies.
It’s soooooo easy to set up a blog, not so easy to keep it going. To any newbies out there I would say, treat your blog like a shoulder to cry on. It’s a lot cheaper than therapy.
